"Fit4Congress insights" is an event organised by the Dresden Convention Service of Dresden Marketing GmbH for a joint exchange with regional MICE providers on topics relevant to the industry, to present current trends and for networking.

In 2023, we once again offered the workshop for the regional MICE industry, imparted knowledge and established valuable networks! From June to October, we offered digital workshops on exciting topics such as artificial intelligence and its use in tourism as well as an insightful presentation on the MICE trends for Dresden.
Finally, we were also able to hold live events again, and we organised two of them. Our kick-off in April was not only an introduction to the planned measures of the Dresden Convention Service, but also included a product training session by Business Elephant with their Escape Games as an innovative idea for supporting programmes, team building or incentives. In November, we held our end-of-year event on the topic of "Social Media Trends and Social Selling". We were delighted to welcome Stijn Oude Vrielink as a speaker, who took us on a fascinating journey through the world of social media and sales marketing. In addition to the exchange of exciting tips and experiences, there was also plenty of networking.

The Dresden MICE industry is increasingly growing together and these workshops in particular illustrate this in an impressive way. We are already looking forward to 2024!
