Albertinum

Following its renovation and remodeling, the Albertinum has been showcasing art from the Romantic period to the present since 2010.

It is home to two major art museums—the Sculpture Collection from 1800 onward and the Albertinum Collection. Huge glass display cases offer visitors previously unseen views into the interior of the museum and reveal works from the collection that were previously hidden. The Lichthof offers a 1,300-square-meter, multifunctional, high-quality courtyard for events of all kinds. It can accommodate up to 1,000 guests for concerts, receptions, and evening events. Of course, you can always combine your event with a visit to the museum. With its modern technical equipment, the Hermann Glöckner Room is particularly well-suited for meetings, conferences, film screenings, and lectures for up to 72 people. Press conferences can also be organized here. Due to its location within the Albertinum, combining a lecture with a visit to the exhibition is also an attractive option.
