A complete work of art is finished: In the palace chapel of the Dresden Palace, it sounds again

The palace chapel in the Dresden Residential Palace is of outstanding historical significance. Built in 1551-1553, it was the founding place of the court orchestra and today's Dresden State Orchestra and a central place of activity for the composer Heinrich Schütz.
After several years of construction, the former palace chapel has been transformed into a complete work of art for events and guided tours. It shines in new splendor after the artistic reconstruction of the ribbed vault and the expansion of the historic interior.

A multifunctional venue that stands out from other event spaces in Dresden thanks to its combination of historical atmosphere, musical sound space and modern event technology. The room offers standing room for up to 315 people. Up to 304 seats are available for seated events. The existing row seating can be used by the organizers. The chapel has modern lighting and sound equipment. Checkrooms and sanitary facilities are located in the basement.
