For the first time after a 2-year break, the CityDNA SummerSchool took place in Turin this year - and we were there.
Many exciting lectures on the developments in the congress and event industry after the pandemic. In addition, inspiration on sustainability or how to make a big difference with small steps, workshops with PCOs and companies, acquisition training and also why social media has become indispensable in our industry. These and many more topics filled a full 3-day programme and we were able to bring back many ideas and inspirations to Dresden.
There were cities and locations from all over Europe and it was exciting to hear what similar developments there are, but also what differences. We also worked together in groups on an application for a congress, including a presentation, because you can never "practise" that enough.
